Horizon Hospice is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. Horizon Hospice is run by a dedicated Executive Director, Billie Jean Crawford, and a passionate group of volunteers who have banded together to help their neighbors in need.

The board of directors includes professionals from different fields, including finance, medical, and social services, as well as community members who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Horizon Hospice offers a variety of support services to clients and their loved ones.

Billie Jean works closely with clients and their healthcare team to develop a personalized support plan that meets the unique needs of each client, their families, and caretakers.

Horizon Hospice is available 24/7 to provide assistance and guidance to clients and their families. At Horizon Hospice, clients and their loved ones are actively involved in the decision-making process about their care. Our organization believes that every individual deserves to spend their remaining days, months, or years in peace and with dignity, as they define it.

Horizon Hospice provides its services at no cost to clients and their families. The organization relies solely on donations, grants, endowments, and memorials to continue providing essential support to those in need.

Billie Jean is our Executive Director, with over 25 years of experience and dedication in end-of-life care support. Billie is a certified end of life Doula. As our director, Billie Jean embodies the true heart of Horizon Hospice, through commitment of working individually with every family. Her compassion and unique bedside manner allow for calm and clarity to enter the home during the most difficult circumstances.

Fabrezza is our administrative assistant, with dynamic and result-driven dedication to Horizon Hospice. She excels in office management and exceptional organizational abilities. Her compassion and diligent nature make for easy and stress-free Hospice onboarding.
